Lockside Neighbours
3. Case for Support
Fictional workspace. The organisation, people, programmes and quotations are invented. These are short extracts, not a completed client project.
One module with seven sections. The outline below shows what belongs in each. These short fictional extracts leave the evidence and detail for the organisation to add.

Evidence of Need
Neighbours have described wanting informal places to meet and clearer routes to practical help. The organisation would need to check and record the evidence behind that account.
Your Activities
A weekly community meal and a drop-in advice hour give neighbours a place to meet and ask questions. A short newsletter shares useful information.
The Difference Your Work Makes
The intended difference is that neighbours feel more connected and can find practical help. These are intended changes, not measured results.
Beneficiaries
The work is for neighbours who want company or help finding local information. Describe who uses each activity in your own accepted record.
Measurement & Evaluation
The team asks what neighbours found useful and notes suggestions for improvement. It would need an agreed way to record and review what changes.
Track Record
The fictional team has experience arranging the community meal and advice hour. A real organisation should add checked examples of its delivery.
Added Value
The meal provides an informal point of contact alongside the advice hour. The team should check how neighbours describe that contribution.
